What I’m Listening to: You Make Me Feel (Like a Natural Woman) by the great goddess of music herself, Aretha Franklin, at the Kennedy Center Honors concert

Here’s are updates on all the goings and doings in November – and there’s lots of news!

THE SOLSTICE BRIDE debuts November 5, 2019! I’m really excited about this, as the is Book 2 in The Heirs to Camelot series.

Don’t forget about the 2 previous books in the series:

THE PRIESTESS OF CAMELOT (prequel), which has garnered consistent high praise, and got a “Wow” from Paranormal Romance Guild

THE MIDSUMMER WIFE (Book 1), which has a lot of people talking

I have finished the final book. MISTRESS OF THE ROSE MOON. It is in the hands of the first betareader.

I’ll be on the Sci-Fi Roundtable Podcast twice:
November 7: a short reading from THE MIDSUMMER WIFE
November 14: I join a panel to talk about reincarnation and fiction

November 8 – 10 I will have an author booth at the first Reno Pop Culture Con, I had a major squee-event when I saw that Gates McFadden (Doctor Crusher on Star Trek TNG) will be attending. You can still buy tickets on-line for 1, 2, or 3 days. On Sunday, they will have an after-party which will be on the radio. Apparently there will be more guests.

I will also be moderating a panel each day (times TBA):
Self-Publishing: Friday
Writing Family & Emotional Issues with Sensitivity: Saturday
Author Ellen Hopkins will participate in this one
Paranormal and Urban Fantasy Romance – Building Worlds and Relationships: Sunday

November 15, I will answer questions about my world-building process on author Eric Klein’s renewed Featured Friday Futures blog Erik wrote The One: A Cruise Through the Solar System, to which I gave a 4 star review some time ago.

Reno Barnes & Noble Author Event, November 23. Last time they had this, it was held 10-5, so I expect that to be the same. Drop by the store at 5555 S. Virginia and check out all the local authors!
